The repeat borrower, a seasoned Dallas-based owner/operator with a demonstrated ability to operate similar assets throughout the region, will leverage off their resources and local expertise to reduce expenses at the Property. Built in 1971, the Property is situated on a 32-acre parcel and is improved with 12 two-story apartment buildings, two single-story apartment buildings, one single-story amenity building, and one single-story commercial building.
