Ms. Anna Collins has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. Ms. Collins has been with Potomac since its inception in 2004 and formerly held the positions of Vice President, Structured Finance and Vice President, Closing & Legal. As the Senior Vice President, Operations, she will continue to head up the firm’s Legal and Closing Departments, as well as, oversee the Capital Markets and Sales Departments.
Ms. Elizabeth Sarhaddi has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing & Human Resources. As the Director of Marketing since October of 2005, Ms. Sarhaddi has been integral in establishing the Potomac brand in the marketplace. In her new role she will continue to develop innovative ways to market Potomac and recruit top-notch talent, as well as, oversee all benefit and 401(k) and payroll administration.
Mr. Jeffrey Weingart has been promoted to the Director, Deal Management. Mr. Weingart has served as Potomac’s Director of Underwriting since February 2005. As the Director of Underwriting, he underwrote over $500M of Structured and Permanent transactions. In this newly created role, he will oversee all permanent deals as well as deal manage a selection of structured transactions.
Mr. Brian Blue has been promoted to the Director, Underwriting. Mr. Blue joined Potomac in November 2004 as a Senior Underwriter and has been an integral member of this department. As a Senior Underwriter, he underwrote $1.1B and $155M of structured and permanent transactions respectively. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise to the underwriting group.
Mr. Jeremy Ross has been promoted to Underwriter. Since joining Potomac in September 2005 as an Analyst, Mr. Ross assisted in closing $548M of structured and permanent transactions. In his new role, he will be responsible for underwriting transactions from initial receipt of information through Closing and Asset Management Departments.
