As Vice President, Asset Management, Mr. Brian Blue is responsible for supervising all asset management functions, including strategic analysis and risk mitigation within the real estate portfolio. He also serves as a member of the Credit Committee. Previously, he was our Director, Underwriting. Prior to joining Potomac as a Senior Underwriter in November 2004, Mr. Blue was an Asset Manager at Arbor Realty Trust under Mr. Palmier and Ms. Collins, where he participated in the ongoing management and administration of structured loans and screened potential transactions. Before joining Arbor, he worked for Bear, Stearns & Co’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Blue graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and concentrations in History and Economics.
