As Senior Vice President, Operations, Ms. Anna Collins co-manages all of Potomac’s critical disciplines. Ms. Collins also serves as Co-Chairperson of the firm’s Risk Management Committee and is a member of the firm's Credit Committee. Prior to serving as the firm’s Senior Vice President, she headed up the Underwriting, Treasury, Sales and Asset Management groups. Ms. Collins is formerly of Arbor Realty Trust, LLC, where she served as Director of Asset Management. She has an extensive background in the asset management of a substantial structured loan portfolio consisting of all asset classifications. At Arbor, her accomplishments as Deal Manager included the underwriting of $1 billion in loan originations and contributions to the successful conclusions of asset management workouts of complicated deals, including those in foreclosure, bankruptcy and forced liquidations. She also has an impressive background in portfolio management and investments. Ms. Collins graduated from Dowling College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and earned an MBA from Canisius College.
