Potomac offers bridge, mezzanine and preferred equity financing. We also fund and place permanent real estate loans for our clients.

Our structured loan products are based on four programs:

1) Our Bridge Loan Program for the short-term financing of multifamily and commercial properties

2) Our Mezzanine/Preferred Equity Financing program for stabilized, value-added and new construction properties

3) A CMBS Program that provides Conduit financing for acquisitions or refinancing of all types of commercial properties nationwide

4) Permanent Loans Potomac Realty Capital has excellent access to all of the major permanent lenders in the country.
