The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Review preliminary financing packages and perform cash flow analyses to evaluate and structure financing opportunities
Research market data via web research and contacting local appraisers
Draft transaction summary and make recommendations in memo form
Indentify execution options for transactions
Candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance. The ideal Candidate will have at least one year underwriting/analyst experience. Candidate must be detail-oriented with in-depth analytical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong knowledge of Excel. The individual must be capable of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
